The challenge

Holston Hills, a historic Knoxville club founded in 1927 with a Donald Ross–designed course, was dealing with recurring technology issues and needed an objective view of where to go next.

What we built

  • A review of the club's telecommunications, wireless, servers and desktops.
  • An assessment of its cybersecurity practices.
  • A clear plan tying each recommendation to how the club operates.

The result

The club has a single roadmap for its technology instead of a string of one-off fixes.

Caney Creek RV Resort

After two years of struggling with a do-it-yourself setup, the resort brought us in to start over. The new resort-wide network runs on three separate internet connections and lets the resort recoup costs by billing annual guests.
