The challenge

Caney Creek, on Watts Bar Lake, had spent two years struggling with a do-it-yourself WiFi system that couldn't keep up with its campers.

What we built

  • Resort-wide wireless coverage across the campsites.
  • Three separate internet connections to carry the load.
  • Content filtering and per-user bandwidth limits.
  • The ability to charge annual guests for access.

The result

The network handles more than 600 campers at the summer peak, and billing annual guests lets the resort recoup its investment.
